Sarah Head 

          Sarah J Head B Soc Sci, Dip SFT, MNFSH has been writing poetry since 1970 when the shock of finding a lifeless kitten on her grandmother’s lawn compelled her to find a way to express her feelings. Since then she has used her poetry to record life events great and small and to comment on the people and places she encounters. Sarah is a member of the Herb Society and has been studying the medicinal uses of herbs for the past thirteen years, growing over one hundred different varieties in her two herb gardens. She has been visiting Cornwall with her family for the past twenty years, drawn back by the call of the sea and the many sacred sites still visible in the landscape.
