Dancing with Natasha is the story of Greg and Joan Causey who are like numerous other couples on the dance floors. They'd rather be off it than on. Until they bite the bullet one day in 2006 and start attending classes at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio under the tutelage of dance instructor Natasha. With her Eastern European background steeped in music and dance, Natasha leads Greg and Joan on a voyage of self-discovery as they find a new purpose in dancing.

Authors Greg Causey and Natasha Yushanov take a wry and wise look at ballroom dancing. As a complete novice in this field, I found myself riveted to the Causey's journey from novices to pros, through self-doubt, experimentation and budding confidence. This book provides a wealth of information on the various dance styles and is accompanied by amusing and uplifting anecdotes. For anybody who wants to take part in the fascinating world of ballroom dancing, this account will provide a gentle and loving introduction. As for me, I won't purchase a pair of dance shoes quite yet, but I have a new respect for dancers and musicians alike.
